The Intuitive Strength Academy is a transformative 10-week course focusing on exploring joyful movement and intuitive eating to build a healthier relationship with food and one’s body that breaks free of #dietculture so that one can live a more fulfilled life. The program explores breaking down diet culture and fitness industry myths along with building physical strength to empower YOU to live your best life.
Our goal is to help people find their mental and physical strength by taking back their power over diet culture and learn to love themselves by nourishing their bodies through nutrition and exercise instead of trying to shrink themselves to fit into an unrealistic standard. The course exposes the way diet culture robs us of our lives and what we have to gain by focusing on body neutrality, self-care, and a more intuitive way of eating.
In 10-weeks you will learn to:

- relay on your finger and fullness cues
- how to write your own workouts
- how to ACCEPT and HONOR your body

What You’ll Gain from this Program:
Sam and Erica have a passion for empowering everyone they work with to live their most balanced and fulfilled lives. They met working as personal trainers and quickly became friends. Although ISA officially bloomed in 2020, they planted the seeds for the framework in 2014.
Sam and Erica are committed to helping people break away from diet culture because they first had to break away themselves. They know all the negative ways diet culture impacts lives because they lived through them. Their education and research makes their course science based. Their personal experience with disordered relationships around food and exercise makes them sympathetic and relatable to what others have gone through.
Samantha Christy is a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist with almost 10 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry.
Erica Bradshaw is a Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist through NPTI and NASM. She specializes in weightlifting and pre/post natal exercise.
